A production management system developed for a real insect-screen manufacturing company and used in production for over two years. The system manages customers and orders, calculates sales prices from product types and measurements, determines required materials, generates optimized cutting plans to minimize waste, and calculates material costs and expected profit for each order. A lightweight full-stack analytics platform built around a minimal tracking script, analytics dashboard, and backend API.
